MArcomage

Would anyone else think it would be nice to play a very backdated, old-school patch of MArcomage?
I'm not suggesting making it another option or anything, but maybe as a special one-off (or infrequently), we could restore, say, the very earliest version of this, just for a few days?

It would be nice to appreciate how far we've come.

Well the game is all open-source and stored in version control, so you (or anyone else) can always just check out an ancient version of the source tree and host it somewhere :P

The only problem would be in the data conversion, since data structure was changed over time. If you're interested you can set-up a local server at your computer and checkout any version you want.
