I think it would be interesting to have this card effect any facility in game.

Do you mean the highest facility in the entire game? So if the opponent has the highest at 7 Magic, it will work off of and reduce that value rather than one of your own?

If that's the case, I feel it needs to lose the Durable tag and probably cost more.

Cards like Merchant ship use the same wording to refer to the player's facilities, so I don't think the language is ambiguous in this case. I also doubt it was Fithz Hood's intention to mean the highest facility in the game.

No, that was clearly not his intention when creating the card, and it's well balanced when it's your own Facilities. But Mojko's twist on it is interesting in its own right.

Oh, sorry, I misread. I thought that the original concept only affected one facility (e.g. dungeon), and that Mojko suggested that it affect any of the player's facilities, and that the concept creator had changed the concept to use his idea, and that you thought that the wording was ambiguous. And yeah, I'll go now >.>

oh, when I first saw mojko's post I thougt he was talking about Mercenaries.
now it makes more sense.
My idea is that it should lower only your facilities (good in combo with mercenaries).
Indeed it's intresting also if it lowers also enemy's one (good against grofgul), but maybe it's too powrful this way.
