Hi!
I can't play the Wonder when I'm playing against Le Marquis de Vrille, though it's a zero card and therefore is free. Neither could I play Mountain King against him/it. Yes I'm more than sure that I had enough resources.
Anyone had the same problem? First time it happends, at least to me.
