Ninja isn't Quick so it ends your turn, and it has the inherent cost of production x0.

But Quick doesn't give any production either. And Ninja can clean up your hand while Sandstorm can't. Plus Ninja is uncommon Far sight so he still can give you some stock.
I think that Sandstorm concept is fine now, as it is.

DPyscho has it absolutely right. A turn is actually a very valuable resource in this game. If it weren't, then Goblin would be an incredibly powerful card (1:3 recruit:damage ratio! Better than any of the rare dragons!). In this sense, Ninja is far from "free", even ignoring its x0 production.

Remember the old (old old) wind? Quick, 0 cost, -1 enemy stock, -1 enemy wall. Now that was free. Whatever other action you would normally do during your turn, you could always play this card first and make your turn even better. That's what I mean by free, and that's what this concept approaches.

The only real costs you could argue that this card has are:
- It takes up an uncommon slot.
- When you're using it, it takes up a slot in your hand. This prevents you from making full use of some support cards.
