Due to the Dragon keyword effect, this will more often than not result in a Dragon egg being the next card drawn rather than the non-rare dragon it promises. You might want to instead select a card to be replaced with a non-rare Dragon and have the next card drawn be the egg so the keyword effect wouldn't conflict with the card's summon effect.

Also, whether changing the effect or not, change the text to "Summons..." rather than "Next card will be..."

this card gives you already a dragon egg in an other position, so the keyword effect will be gems production x2 and not the summonin of a dragon egg
