Wow. I play Unliving reasonably often (it was my second keyword-themed deck), and I would take this in an instant. It's fair to assume that you will have 7 or 8 Unliving in hand, and that being the case, you're getting the keyword effect every other play. Assuming only 3 Quarry, this will give you 4 (N/2 rounded) x 2 (keyword effect) x 3 (Quarry) = 24 bricks at a cost of 15. That's not all that impressive especially when you consider that it's only 6 in addition to regular production. However, you're more likely to have 5+ Quarry and gain 40+ at a cost of 15. Doing this, you can afford to play other Uncommon Unliving cards without the keyword effect and not run low on bricks. Very nice.
