Reuse the rubble still procs if the last card was a discarded Unliving card. Which, based on the wording of the card, is the way it should work.

ie)I discarded "Stone gargoyle", the next turn i played "Reuse the rubble" and was givin +5-6tower and +8 wall.

Yea it took two turns but not bad since no resources were spent.

Just wanted to make sure this is how the card was intended to work.

It says "If last card was an Unliving card" not "If the last card 'played' was an Unliving card", so I do believe that's how it's suppose to function.

Garbageonly explained it correctly. It is supposed to function this way.

Never realized this. Ah wel, doen't matter. Since the last update I quit playing Unliving, in favor of an Alliance deck.

Yep; that's how it works. Far better with Dragon Golem, especially early-game.

I discarded Stone golem, then next round, instead of discarding Reuse the rubble, I played it, and got the benefits, despite discarding the Unliving card:

This has been asked before. The card text correctly describes that it works when the last card was Unliving (as opposed to "last card played").

Ah oh. I thought it was just a problem of not being clarified enough. Very interesting.

This is why i used to put dragon golem, clay golem and stone gargoyle with reuse the rubble in non-unliving decks. 50 hp out of nowere are sweet. Besides, brick-attacker cards sometimes can give you some fast damage you need so desperately.
