How about converting tower in attack aswell? Kinda like All-elemental attack with Survivor award.

too easy way to get Survivor award with just one card...

I agree, the point of survivor is to survive an attack from the enemy that leaves your tower at 1. If you get the award by playing a killer card that also lowers your tower to 1, then there's no point in getting a survivor

That would also result in this card being completely unplayable except as a finisher. That's not really a good thing.
