I don't think this is implementable. Specifically, I don't think you can programmatically get the attack value of a card.

Indeed.

And what if I replace attack with cost? Should it work, like Warchief, Overpower or Draft?
Mojko on 08:34, 20. Nov, 2010
Such effect is supported.

+60 damage by having Orc Regiment in hand and with such low cost?
nice!

Perhaps a limitation would be appropriate.

Other than that, I like the Idea!

By having ONLY Orc Regiment. If you have Giant Bear and Orc Regiment, for example, you'll get +4 damage.

still one could only have Orc Regiment in his/her deck and play everything else with gems (Mage/Illusion/Destruction/Legend) or with Bricks (Unliving/Titan). At least that's something I do in my resource-specific decks. So yeah, a cap limit should be in place. Maybe N limit = 15-20?

But you wouldn't take this card into a deck that has Giant bear, because it's either a Beast deck with too many valid cards to make this choice appealing, or it's an Alliance deck with, well, the same problem.

This would be great for a Hidden mode deck that already has several "surprise" cards like War elephant (or at least the old version of it, not that the current one is bad). If your deck is stacked with resource-building and defensive cards for the Common pool and attack cards filling out the Uncommon, it can prove quite effective.

Taking this into a deck with Magic portal and both Wishing lagoon and Orc regiment, it's not too far-fetched to expect to be able to fashion your hand to give this result.
