Pretty much ever deck is multi-keyword though. Look at a mage deck, for example. Among the commons, you have mage/nature, mage/alliance, mage/burning, mage/undead, mage/far sight, mage/durable... And you're not just going to be taking mages. In addition, you're probably going to be taking legends (legend/swift, legend/banish) and probably some restoration cards because of their mage synergy. We're just talking about a mage deck, but the keywords are already piling up. The same is the case for most other "single-keyword" decks.
Heck, just having Arthoria in your hand makes this card better than a lot of common resource-builders. :P
If I were to suggest a buff to this card, I might say give it the Restoration keyword (since this is in line with its effect, and since it would make itself more powerful by giving you another keyword), but there are already way too many common Restoration cards.
