Please, replace Summon Master with Ice Queen and remove additional gem production. Unlike Dark Horde or General, this hand isn't really good.

Dark Horde = 40 recruits
General's Hand = 20 recruits
Myr's Academy = 8 R/B/G

The first two cards are a bit hard to play since you need to reach a threshold of a specific resource (although General's Hand is quite cheap, but it doesn't give recruits enough to play its strongest cards by itself, therefore it's alright). Myr's academy is much easier to play (tell me once you didn't have at least 8 of each resources) and gives you Mage cards (more gems or magic), where one of them is a very good rare, one of them can give you a Legend and 3 of them (including Wind Witch) are Swift. In contrast with the other 2 cards you mentioned, Myr's academy gives you 8 useful cards while Dark Horde and General's Hand give you only 1 good card, 1-2 average cards and all the rest are crap.

For its cost, its rarity and the effect it can have on your gems, I say it's a pretty good card. Maybe try using it after you increased your Magic a bit, or after you gathered a few gems. If we do what you propose then a player could attack AND then defend as well, something which is completely against the nature of summmoning cards of this category.

Come on. It's only 54 attack, and we can't use 18 because we need to use summoned Legend. Royal Dragoons from General's has more attack and can return 20 recruits. Slightly more expensive that Sorceress/Mage/Wind Witch/Wizard combo, but much more effective.
The only really good offensive Mages are Thor and Elven Warlock. Well... Maybe Lord of Time and Sorceress.
It's not so strong offensive hand as General's, Dark Horde or Necropolis are, so it should be more universal.

My 2 cents would be to increase gem production to x4 and replace Chaos wizard with Knight of time. That would allow some major damage and resource production in one turn, I think balancing the card.

Also, Necropolis has Eternal Guardian that does 35 damage and adds 23 tower/35 wall after Undead Host played.

I have recently noticed a card in statistics a card i used....once... so even though more then half of my attacking cards were Mage and my tokens were set on Mage i kinda wanted my 6 common card hand back i think other 1 Recruit cost hand changing rare cards are better then this 7 all res cost apperently other players feel similary as this card is almost not used at all maybe this is some kind of illusion keyword balance or what?
