lowers the highest unit by 10
(your or your enemy wall/tower)

This is confusing, but I think I understand. Does it mean:
Reduces the tallest wall or tower in the game by 10

If I'm reading it correctly, what does it do in case of a tie? If played on the first turn, will it reduce both towers or neither?

changed the text but i'm not sure its much better, if remotely considered for implentation i'm sure someone can get the wording better

I don't know how to change the text to make it clearer, but if you change the card could be easyer.
I suggest:

highest tower: -5
highest wall: -9

but, as I told you, it's a different card

i just thought the concept of having to raise your wall above your tower to defend against damage would be interesting :) that kinda nullifies it

understood.
anyway I would remove the "tie-no effect" part since the other cards in arcomage (divine intervention, barbz legacy...) have effect even if there is a tie
