I'm a Beast/Frenzy player, but I'm saying no to this card. Maybe there should be some more rare Frenzies, but not uncommon ones. Frenzy effect is too good even now, with 4 uncommons (1 ineffective) and all that ways to get a Frenzy card (Overpower, Wolf Mistress - guaranteed, Call of the Wilds, Beast Farm, Centaur Trainer, Book of Life - not guaranteed). Add 1 or 2 uncommon Frenzies and effect will be inevitably nerfed.
