Once a week (or month) MArcomage can generate random set of cards (maybe 100 cards) and start contest. Player should create a deck of contest cards to participate in contest.

That actually sounds pretty fun. I do like the idea of encouraging players to use some of the less-used cards and be resourceful and clever.

Indeed, however we would need some tournament system first.
