Let me get this straight. Is it targeting a randomly selected card in the opponent's hand? And then it will always replace at least one other, though possibly four altogether if the target was Uncommon, or the entire hand if it selected a Rare? This is more devastating than Elemental storm (since Wind is at least something the opponent can use to some effect without condition) at less cost. It's arguably superior to targeted discard options that cost much more and replace it with a regular draw.

And Titan victories are already a pain to pull off...

I don't even want to think about how overpowered this is if you're allowed to target the effect.

I'm not sure, but I think it works like this:
replace a selected card in enemy hand with purified ashes,
replace random cards in YOUR hand with purified ashes
number of replaced cards based on selected card's rarity

actually i like it (this way)
maybe I would change the number: c-1 u-2 r-4
good in combo with puryfing fire or dark flame

Ah! Yes, the way you describe makes this a much more interesting card. If that is the case, we should add a "your" to the second mention of hand. I read it several times, and it never occurred to me to interpret it that way.

Hope the confusing is cleared up!
