I've lost the scroll menu in the replay section

It's not a bug - it was removed few updates ago.

I think it was quite useful to report bugs or strange card's beheviours that I forget to screenshot.

Still it was nice to have a scroll menu. Sometimes I need to skip to a specific round when looking at my replays to see my mistakes and I have to go through the whole game.

You could edit the text in the address bar to skip ahead, if need be. If you're looking at a turn and the link ends "...&Turn=4" just change the number to whatever you want like "&Turn=30"

Not that this is as good as being able to select the turn like we could before. Why was this removed?

Because of the hyperlinks transformation. The select any page element could not be done with hyperlinks. Maybe I could change it the same way as forum does it's navigation - you have multiple page buttons.

A scroll menu still exists in the Cards section to cycle through the pages of results from card search. Maybe we could use the same concept?
