I had a similar concept based on discarding Far Sight cards. I admit that this one is much better, though I'd argue that opponent shouldn't draw a far sight card after the discard.

I've forgot your concept, nice one.
now I will look for a picture for it.
About the redraw of far sight card I don't think it's necessary, a card that can easily discard good rares is enough powerful in my opinion.
