With this having a cost of 25g20r, and Poseidon's Wrath costing 30g, having it draw that card isn't going to be useful in Aqua decks due to the cost (gem production is currently the keyword's weakness) or outside of Aqua decks for the way Poseidon's Wrath works. To clarify, you're likely to play this in an Aqua deck as soon as you have the gems to do so, and there's no benefit to waiting until you have enough gems to play PW right afterward. You're just drawing a card that will sit on hand (without a keyword to make it useful) for several turns.

I approve of the added effect for playing it after PW, though. Gives you reason to collect the resources to chain the two cards, much like Ocean queen encourages.

Yes, this is for Aqua decks mostly. It's similar to what Ice Revenant is for Undead.

The reason that I've put high gem cost is to somewhat make it more difficult to get the bonus damage (playing 30g and then 25g consecutively, total dmg would be 110 + stock reduction). Also, to make it more difficult to play this card and the next turn Poseidon's Wrath. I don't mind having Poseidon's Wrath sitting in my hand for 3-4 turns, and from my experience with Aquas, 30 gems is not so difficult to reach, given your opponent does not have a brigand/stock reducing or fast attacking deck.

I could change the cost to 15g30r, or something similar, though.

I don't think the cost is a problem, really. I just don't see how having it draw Poseidon's Wrath is a benefit rather than an annoyance. Besides, you're never going to want to play it immediately following a rare aqua since you'd want to play another Aqua card for the keyword effect.
