At 24 damage (with both keyword effects) and resource reduction, my first thought was that this card is too powerful, but it's actually right on par with Giant spider.

I wonder if we'll hit the point eventually when there are so many Frenzy cards available that having two in hand is too likely and the effect needs to be nerfed.

Either the effect will have to be nerfed, or there shouldn't be more Frenzy cards.

Too many frenzy uncommons would be bad, but I wouldn't mind if there were 15 different rare frenzy cards.

Is 3 Frenzy uncommons plus Overpower too many? And only Rage of Urk, Chimera and Wolf Raiders have really good damage (with ALL conditions) while best use for Beast Mistress is discarding and playing Vulture next turn.

you got it all backwards ;) chimera and urk are the frenzies that is least alike the other ones and you'll 9/10 times be disappointed when drawing them with overpower. the cheap frenzies have the best damage/cost ratio in the game.

But all of cheap frenzies have sense only for rush. And you cannot rush with frenzy cards because almost all of that cards are rare. I dont think that we need many frenzies, but game needs at least one more uncommon to more Frenzy effectiveness.
