15 attack (or 5 if condition wasn't satisfied, or, well, 20 if token was triggered) with 15 total cost and without other keywords or effects? It's too weak even for a common card.
Let's see what we have as other uncommon Beasts. Giant Spider (attack 10 or 17 or 22 for 7 recruits and -5 enemy bricks), Griffin (Alliance, Far sight, 14 or 19 attack for 10 recruits), Wolf raiders (up to 62 (!!!) damage for 9 recruits)... Who needs your rhino?

No need to be rude over a card.. its the first one I've made.
I upped the effects however.

I don't think a conditional keyword is possible. Aside that, discarding a rare for only 5/5/5 might be a lil too good on it's own. I also don't get how that fits in with the flavor of the card.

I can kill the keyword, but the idea of the card was that if you can play it immediately its good, but if not, then its just mediocre. *shrug* if you really dont think its good I can kill it

If the idea was to make it good if new: You don't need to do that through conditional keywords. You could just add the charge damage to the normal damage.

Like that instead? (changed)
Progressor on 22:10, 5. Aug, 2010
Well, at least it's implementable now.
It might not be balanced, but I'll think about that later. (It's getting late ;-))

Sorry if I appeared to be too rude. I didn't mean that.
BTW, now it's much better, especially with cards like Magic portal or Renewal. Raise damage, when it's not new, to 10 or 11 and it will be good.

How about
else
- 5 Enemy wall
Attack:5

I kind of wish I'd gotten to see all the versions this card has gone through, but instead I only just got to it. My first thought upon seeing it was "What, no Charge keyword?"

I have to agree with the questioning as to what the effect has to do with a rhino. Not that the card is bad, just I don't see the connection.
