Isn't this a bit strong? Just compare it with Basic Wall. This gives you a lot more wall with a lot less wall:bricks cost ratio and with the same condition

ops, I forgot to set the rarity.
It's an uncommon.

I thought the same about it when it was marked as a Common. Now that it is Uncommon, it seems more agreeable.

As an uncommon, it seems very weak to me. Wall is cheap. Having your wall at 0 is not a common condition.

It is if you're losing in such a way that gaining a lot of wall cheaply would save you.

However, I suppose that if you compare it to Fortification (25 wall for 10 bricks) and Great Wall (35 wall for 20 bricks), it seems like it should be giving about that much (31 wall for 14 bricks) at all times, not just when the condition is met. It should probably cost less but keep the underwhelming Else effect.

I've lowered the cost from 14 bricks to 10 bricks

Fithz Hood also provided source code for this card :) Good job ;-)
