Why sho uldn't be there more situational cards? Cards like Emissary of the afterlife works pretty well in special decks and it would be fun to play decks which are build around special cards like this. I wouldn't say that cards should be played in any situation.

No, what I meant, it's a bit hard to achieve the conditions. 60-70% of rares have a keyword and the ones that don't are not encountered often in decks. it would put an initiative for people to start using those rares as well though :)

It would help if this rare itself didn't have a keyword. It would 'stack' with itsself. (Though the price would need a re-balance.)

A note on keyword-less rares:
Even my decks using Witcher have an average of only just below 7 keyword-less rares (including Witcher).

Reduced tower gain from 30 tower per non-keyword rare to 25 tower per non-keyword rare. Hopefully this change will make the card more fair to use in specific deck types.

Did not change how situational the card is because situational cards seem to be a positive thing in games where you get to build your own decks. This card would encourage more use of keywordless rares, which I see as a good thing.

Well... at least it is +1 lowest facility for 12 bricks.
