Nice one, I don't know how easy/hard is to fullfill the condition.
Probably you have to create a deck around this card.
Now I will look at my games to see how many mixed hands I have.

Edit: the max of mixed cards was 5.
I suggest to lower the condition, something like: if mixed cards >5

yes you would probably have to build your deck arround this or alteast exclude the non mixed cards but.. its really strong for a common when it triggers

The stock gain is too powerful to make the condition easier to achieve. Although you would have to build your deck with this card in mind if you want to play it effectively, I think the bonus you get from getting so much stock gain from a common may be worth having to make most of your commons mixed cost.
