I compare this Card with Death Pact:

-Death Pact got a cost of 0/25/25, this Card has one of 20/20/20
-Death Pact deals everytime 70 Damage, while this Card deals this amount of Damage or more only if there when 70 or more rounds have passed. So this Card is conditional.
-Death Pact Deals 70 Damage for 20 Tower and 50 Wall, while this Card deals 70 Damage for 70 Tower in Round 70. And -50 Wall are more easy to survive than -50 Tower....
-After ~Round 98, This Card is useless, since it would kill someone for a questionable draw.

All in all: Even if i like the concept of this Card, the Damage/Price-Ratio of this Card is too low than it could be any kind of usefull. I would suggest to lower the price or/and to lower the Tower-Sacrifice of this Card.

Well a tie is still preferable to a loss, so it's not completely useless. I agree that this card is too expensive as it is though.

Given its name, I would expect it to force draws.
