I'm not sure if this just occurred now because nobody brings this up and it seems like something easy to be noticed...but the filters of decks aren't working properly...
For example if I use Rare + cost Bricks only it gives me Implosion card...

Aye, that is correct. There was a bug in the deck filters. Fixed and changes should be applied soon.
