There's a rare Dragon that gives 50 dmg for about the same prise. (Red dragon)
This uncommon is better then that rare.

Elf is an Alliance card which makes the Alliance keyword easier to trigger, making the dmg even cheaper.

I'd prefer balancing through cost / dmg. In combination with the Alliance combo this is tricky to determine, but more fun to play.

I agree.
I wanted a ratio similar to knight templar , that I don't think is overpowered

I've lowered the cost from 33 to 30 recruits, and the damage from 50 to 45.

Changed a bit, now it's more powerful, cost more and uses common alliance cards instead of common cards
