Umage suggested to have the default card pool shown, because newbie users could be confused if it would be hidden as default.

I know the widescreen resolutions have more width space, but I think it's not good to have too wide content for reading. If you have horizontal scrollbar, then there is something wrong. Please send screenshot and browser version.

Implemented in r1153. I decided to make the number of cards in a row user selectable. The default value is 10, but if you have a widescreen monitor and thus you are able to fit more cards in, you can configure it up to 30 cards in a row.
