or remove the "opponent can't draw a far sight". If you are gonna have this card on your deck, then likely you will focus on a lot of Far Sight cards as well. Also your opponent will most probably have 1-2 Far Sight cards on hand at the time you play it. So not only you reduce his stock by at least 3-4, you also deny him the opportunity to gain a bonus stock (or other) from far sight, while you are free to gain the gifts of far sight.

Another solution would be to lower the cost and allow the card to inflict on each player the stock reduction, but opponent won't be able to draw a Far Sight.

OK, removed the "can't draw a far sight" thing. I'm not sure what would happen in a situation where opponent would have a deck full of far sights. Maybe he couldn't draw anything :P

Well, there are only nine Far sight Rares, so clearly you'd be discarding his entire hand and replacing it with Prosperity, Alastor, Bank, and Enlightenment. Maybe Citadel of Myr and Clay Valley for the remaining spots. Though Fortified Castle is pretty good with Far sight, too, if you haven't blown your bricks on commons. Oh, and Redesign!

In any case, yeah. That would be a pretty awful result.
