That card doesn't work. Absolulely.
See replay 121843. I played Summon master twice and didn't get a Legend neither first time nor second.
Now it does nothing but +N to Mage token for 10 gems.

In this replay Summon master was played 3 times total.

1 - the condition wasn't satisfied and therefore the secondary effect triggered

2 - the condition wasn't satisfied, secondary condition effect triggered and also Mage keyword was trigerred

3 - the condition wasn't satisfied and therefore the secondary effect triggered

Only error I found in this card is in card effect text. The condition is "> 70", but in code it's "> 75". I will correct this in the upcoming balance changes.

I wanted to report it as bug, but I found this thread and it's explanation...
Look at the game 127283, turn 32->33, Lashana played Summon master with 73 mage tokens and nothing happend (I meaned that else condition was triggered, so she got +10 basic tokens +3 bonus tokens and +20 tokens for summon master, it means 106 in total so she got +1 magic instead of legend card).
So I want only give a notice that the text is still wrong... ;)

The condition is not checked again. Lashana had 73 tokens so as you said the ELSE condition was triggered (tokens x<75) but the system does not check the condition a second time. So the token effect took place (+1 magic) and rightly so without summoning a Legend at hand

Lord Ornlu, if you read vault's post more closely, you'll find he already realized this.

Yes, Vault is correct in reporting that the card text is still inaccurate.

oh sorry, i thought vault was saying he was expecting a legend to appear after the tokens increased

The card was corrected, but changes were not applied yet. This will be done in the next update.
