For a rare, this card seems kind of weak and boring. I don't get it.

consider how nature rares are sort of weak and how it would fit greatly into the nature keyword? since playing this after it spawned by keyword you get another rare nature card and free 3x production?

I would certainly use this in a Nature/Resto deck.

Okay, I'll retract the weak comment and stick with just boring.
