Numerical values of both players are randomly set between:
20 > tower >80
10 > wall > 100
10 > resource > 70
1 > facility > 5
It sets every number to a random value in a large range? Yuck. I don't like any card that causes everything that happened it the match up until its play to be completely irrelevant/ineffective.
If such a card were implemented, both players would stop building, attacking, and affecting facilities/resources until it's played. They would play or discard weak cards hoping to be in a better situation (with a hand full of hard-hitting cards) come the time it is finally used. This brings the match to a complete halt. It's not much better in a hidden match where just the one player who draws it does the same.
