It looks like you're adjusting the card presently, so the following may not apply, but here goes.

I'm concerned about the if tower<15 tower+45 part. It's very easy for a player to lower his own tower without putting himself in danger, so long as his wall is sufficient and his opponent lacks a card to reduce tower beyond that extent. This card would be very easy to play after self-inflicted tower injury.

The rest seems reasonable. The stock gain if your stock has been reduced to 0 (which can only occur if your opponent reduces your resources due to your own production) is a feature of a card I proposed a while ago.

I'd suggest changing the name to something that doesn't sound like a soft drink advertising tagline.

that was a good point indeed and something overlooked, yes the name was just some sort of placeholder since i'm really tired and won't have great imagination right now

Yes, but... this is a rare. And really, that trick's probably only going to work once anyways. I don't think it was overpowered in its original state.
