Gem cost or total cost? Would Warlock(3g2r) reduce gems by 3 or by 5? And would Acolyte(2g5r) be discarded before it for the higher total cost, or is the gem cost the decider?

I assume the most overall expensive card would be the one discarded, but I'm not sure about the gem reduction. The word "casting" should probably be replaced with either the word "gem" or "total"

I see now that it would reduce the recruits as well as the gems. I'd suggest changing the word "stock" to "resources" for clarity, unless you're intending for an actual loss of stock.
