But even if you do get to the point where the enemy's wall is divisible by 4, the enemy can quickly foil your attack with most wall-building cards (even militia). Also, the -8 wall part obviously stops being useful once the enemy's wall is 0.
Maybe it is a little powerful compared to most offensive gem cards though, since they usually provide you with some side benefit (swift, extra production, reducing enemy stock, increased facilities) along with a semi-weak attack, rather than just being purely offensive.
If anything, I would keep the idea, and maybe just reduce the base attack and/or enduring amount.
