Bump! Now that the Horde keyword is being considered for imminent implementation, this thread deserves attention.

I'm not going to lock this thread, though I will suggest that further discussion take place in the Christmas balance change preview thread.

I just had a thought regarding the Horde keyword..
How about ALSO giving it a token counter? The current effect stays in place, but on the turn the tokens are triggered, the effect is "powered up"; for example allowing a Common to discard an Uncommon, an Uncommon to discard a common with higher recruit cost, a card to discard equal recruit cost, etc.

I don't think the Horde keyword is in any dire need of revamping or balancing, but thought I'd share the idea in case anyone else likes it.

It's power creep as is. Horde is already strong as a keyword, I'd even say that it's stronger than Burning (at least you won't get all those Searing fires in your face). Same with Aqua, Restoration, Far sight and other keywords. The only one that was in need of a buff - Illusion - got this buff.
I like token-based keywords (especially Beast, of course), but I don't think that every single keyword in game must be token-based. It would require too much balance work.
