If no facility = 1 then
Each resource production 15*(number of facility - 1)
Facilities = 1

However I find this rare really weak. Sure it's a massive resource gain (it's +90 overall by default) but unless you have a really good hand, which is quite situational, then you are screwed

If you aim for resource victory with Facility increase - Prod xX, this card is likely to be a finisher.

It is on the one hand a finisher for recource decks (there are only a few of them like ancient sage or bank), on the other hand it could be very usefull when you got a great hand, like a hand with a bunch of powerfull dragons.

I dont know, the "number of Facility" can be missread.

Maybe reword it this way?

Each Facility = 1
Each resource gains 15*(amount facility was reduced)

That's still redundant. This:

Each Facility = 1
Each resource gains 15*(amount facility was reduced)

Has the same effect.

Not quite. As it's worded now, it will do absolutely nothing if one or more facilities are already at one. If you have 1Q 3M 3D, the card will cause no reductions and give no stock gains. Your change would cause Magic and Dungeons to drop to 1 and give 30g and 30r.

Oh. Is that intentional, or just the result of the wording? I was thinking the intention behind the condition was just to make sure that you couldn't benefit any further from a facility that was already 1.

It was a result of the wording, in fact, the condition was only created at the very beginning to prevent stock gain with all facilitys=1. I have removed this.
