This is a bit weak for a rare don't you think??? You lose 15 resources to deal 15 max. damage (if you manage to deal 45 damage on enemy's tower last turn! Something which could prove winning by itself and otherwise a very hard-met condition) and one of the conditions is that this card was not played last round. I think it's better to remove this condition and have the card deal a standard amount of damage + N/3. Also this card has Charge in its title, so it would be good to add a Charge damage to it maybe, instead of the base damage I proposed before.

Additional Charge 5/5/5
Durable, Quick
If last card was not "Additional Charge"
Attack: N/3
N=Damage dealt on enemies Tower
(max.15)

Is it 15 max damage or 5? The way it's written, the maximum of 15 seems to be applied to N, not to the attack.

If the 15 is supposed to be the maximum damage, it should be described after the attack value and before the explanation for N. "Attack: N/3 (max.15)"

It's maximum damage is 15, and it Durable AND Quick, and so you've after all attacks a bonus Attack (If you have the resources)

In that case, you need to move the mention of the maximum so it's not positioned where you're explaining N.

So it's Quick. It doesn't mean all the other cards in your hand will be Quick or Swift to help you make a combo and play this card in the end. It's also Durable, but still, it's 15 damage for 15 resources, which is way of the analogy of damage-cost of a rare card (and even 15 damage is way off the plan, as you have to have dealt 45 damage on the enemy's tower to be able to deal 15 damage). It being Durable makes it even more worthless in my oppinion, as it will keep being in your hand even after you play it. If you look at other Rare Durables, like Beastmaster or Vampire Lord (not a Durable but close), they deal massive damage with comparatively low resource cost. It's a nice idea, but it deals too few damage points to be considered put in a deck as a rare.
