Interesting thought, but it actually seems kind of weak compared to other uncommon recruits cards - especially since its damage is capped.

The idea of synergizing it with mentor (and other cards that can raise your opponents facilities, like fair trade), is an interesting one, but even with that in mind, I don't think its worth it. I would make the cap higher, or increase the coefficient.

Default is 15 for 15R which is just below average. the cap is at 35 which is awesome for 15R.
The Mentor strategy suggested requires more of this kind of cards (that is, more mentor-like and more Sapphire Eagles-like).

It's alse an awesome mage counter on its own.

Just below average? Compared to vulture, hectic offensive, locust swarm, giant spider, treant, sea monster...? Sure those all have conditions, but none of them are very stringent. Generally, it's not that hard to get a return rate of about 2 damage per recruit. This card requires a quite uncommon condition (enemy magic equal to 6) to meet that goal, which requires quite a bit of luck (certainly more so than a condition like enemy wall > wall, or having another frenzy card in hand, and so on).

Even a vanilla attack card like troll gives you a much better return on your investment than 1 damage for 1 recruit.

ok. cost lowered (from 15 to 13), coefficient risen (from 5 to 6), cap removed.
