When used, both players discard all cards that share a cost with opponent's highest resource type, and both players hands are replenished with cards of the chosen type. Can be used to force opponent to discard certain cards, but only if they have enough of the appropriate resource. Because you choose the card type that will replace cards in both hands, you can roughly influence what is drawn by each player.
