I wonder to the reason how it's chosen to get a game slot every 4 and a deck slot every 6 levels. If this reason is fairly arbitrary (like an estimate that most people would want more game slots) I would suggest making it possible to choose at each 4th / 6th level up. Like at the fourth level choosing a deck slot I you would prefer that at that time.

Well, since it's fairly out of original design it's not a trivial matter, but not impossible. I think I could be able to add an option to the levelup message, where player can choose deck or game slot (via some button).
