Somehow, i believe that this card could need some love. Could it be possible to add the alliance keyword to it? It would buff the archetype. Also, alliance cards are quite well all-rounded, making this card fitting.

It is quite usefull when one of your facilities is reduced below 3 and no dwarven forge is not actually better in this scenario because you will likely to have trouble paying for its semi-high cost but alliance keyword could be fitting just to increase the tokens since Merchant ship is simply better for increasing lowest facility and if you are using all resources then its Dwarven forge if you need one particular Facility then any other is like 6 resource cheaper

Well, i see the point, but the problem is that the usefullness for the diversity is not 6 recources worth. Apprentice,Architect and Legendary Blacksmith deliver the same increase for only 2/3 of the recources.
The flexibility of this card only really helps when playing non-focused archetypes, since the other ones don't really care about non-necessary facilities being reduced. That said, this gives a very limited use for this card and from my perspective, that does not justify an increase in the cost by 50% (In comparison with the former three cards mentioned).

Perhaps it could keep its cost but refund some of the resources matching the chosen Facility. For example, Magic +1 and gems +3.

You don't want to make it too easy to play it.

That would be an idea either. Thats why i proposed a keyword in the first place.

I had the same idea, but refund, say, 6 when raising cost to 7/7/7.

Refund of 6 would make it too similiar to other precise boosting cards as they would increase the facility without using that particular resource and it even would be too strong because of the versatility while i think that University is on the weak side its nothing like Dragon Nest,Scylla,Centaur Trainer,Ancient Sage,Northern Fortress or Lord of Time
